본 약관은 5959 self Caricature(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
이용자는 정확한 정보를 제공하여 회원가입을 진행해야 하며, 계정 관리 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.
라이트(Lite) 이용자는 기능 제한이 적용됩니다. 프로(Pro) 기능은 유료 이용 기간 동안에 한해 사용할 수 있습니다.
Lite와 Pro의 기능별 이용 한도(저장·다운로드·되돌리기 등)는 앱 내 Pro 이용 안내·결제 화면에서 표로 안내됩니다.
회사는 기본 라이트 버전과, 정해진 기간 동안 Pro 기능을 쓸 수 있는 유료 Pro 이용을 제공합니다.
Pi Network를 통한 결제는 정기 결제(자동 연장·구독)가 아닙니다. 이용자는 1회 결제로 약 30일(1개월 이용) 또는 약 365일(1년 이용) 중 선택한 기간 동안 Pro 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 기간이 끝나면 자동으로 요금이 청구되지 않으며, Pro를 계속 이용하려면 기간 만료 후 다시 결제해야 합니다.
본 서비스의 유료 Pro 결제는 Pi Network를 통한 Pi 코인 결제로만 처리됩니다.
블록체인 기술 특성상 파이 코인 결제 완료 후에는 취소 및 환불이 불가능합니다.

서비스의 디자인, 그래픽 자산, 코드 등은 회사의 고유 자산이며 무단 복제 및 역설계를 금지합니다.

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between 5959 self Caricature ("Company") and users regarding use of the Service.
Users must provide accurate information when signing up; account responsibility lies with the user.
Lite users are subject to feature limits. Pro features are available only during a paid access period.
Per-feature limits for Lite vs Pro (saves, downloads, undo, etc.) are shown in the in-app Pro access / pricing screens.
The Company provides a default Lite version and paid Pro access that unlocks Pro features for a fixed term.
Payments through Pi Network are not recurring subscriptions. Each payment is a one-time purchase of Pro access for either approximately 30 days (one-month access) or approximately 365 days (one-year access), as selected. No automatic charges occur when the term ends; to continue Pro access after expiry, you must pay again.
Paid Pro access is processed only through Pi Network using Pi coin payment.
Due to blockchain characteristics, once a Pi coin payment is completed, cancellation and refunds are not available.

The Service's design, graphic assets, and code are proprietary assets of the Company. Unauthorized copying and reverse engineering are prohibited.
